New graphics card tearing screen?

Hi I bought a new GTX 770 and its been in for about 1 week and today I noticed lots of vertical lines on my screen. I use a Samsung 32'' HDTV. Could someone please help me out what to do please.

Can you take a screenshot of it and share it? It could be a dying video card or monitor. When you use another source (like watch TV from a cable box) does it still display the lines? If you're overclocking, try stopping it to troubleshoot. Let us know!

Yes the same thing happens when I try to watch virgin TV .
