I want to build a small media pc

Hi guys I want to build a relatively cheap small form factor media pc I already have a case, power supply and 2x1gb ddr3 ram these are leftovers from my gaming pc build I don't want to really spend more than around £200 on the rest of the components as I don't have much after my gaming pc build. this pc will be used for light tasks word processing web browsing and hd video but I might want to upgrade to blu ray in the future so I would like it to be capable of that.
I just wanna sit on my bed and surf the web and watch movies

I'm open to all suggestions. Thank you for your time

Thanks man I wasn't thinking of going with an apu it just didnt cross my mind would that apu be ok with blue ray and HD movies and would it run very hot ???

APU is built for HTPC. so it will serve your need. the cpu is dual core and runs cool
