Hey everyone,

I posted yesterday and my post disappeared into board oblivion, so I'm still a little clueless as to what to do. :(

I have a build which is a little over my budget... I'm more or less ready to buy I just need a few pros to chip in and say "Looks all right" or "Change this..."

I'd prefer to be around $100 cheaper than this... but not sure where I'm prepared to cut back. I'm currently around $1200 (€900)

Here it is:

https://www.pccomponentes.com/core/client/showList/id/366800/hash/iKuqvTFP

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2Ghz Box
CPU FAN: Arctic Cooling Freezer i30 CPU Cooler
MotherBoard: ASRock Z77 Pro3
Case: Cooler Master K350 USB 3.0
PSU: Corsair CX600 V2 600W Builder Series 80 Plus Bronze
RAM: G.Skill DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL11
Monitor: LG 22EN33S-B 21.5
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB Grabadora DVD 24x OEM Negra
GPU Sapphire R9 280X Vapor-X UEFI 3GB GDDR5
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB SATA3

I'm even a little tempted to push up to a 3.4ghz CPU, but those kind of thoughts aren't going to keep the costs down.

When I started looking at non K CPUs and other builds I noticed that it seems like a very unpopular choice, which makes me question the long-term economic viability of not having a CPU which can overclock.

How about I alternately upgrade to a CPU Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4Ghz (which comes with a bundled CPU cooler) and a Asus Z87-A board. It sends the price upwards by a small amount but I get a little back by taking off the cooler I had. Might make more sense long term.
