Planning to build a new gaming pc with either i5-4430 or i5-4440.

Which one should I take?

A. HIS Radeon R9 270X IceQ X2 Turbo Boost Clock 2 GB 256 Bit DDR5
OR
B. Zotac Geforce GTX 760 2 GB 256 Bit DDR5

Please let me know the reason for your answer
