I recently upgraded from 32 bit with 4 RAM to 64 bit with 8 RAM. Following that I noticed that videos are no longer in HD quality for me. Be it setting a YouTube video on HD quality or playing a video on my computer that's already HD - the video would always play in poor quality. Sometimes it would even stutter.
- All drivers are updated and my computer is clean.

- It is noticed in the performance of games, too (whereas before the upgrade those games would run smoothly)
