Hi!

I'm trying to build a new computer (I have done some research):
What I have in mind is:

- Intel Core i7-4770
- Arctic Freezer 13 ---???
- Asus H87-Pro
- Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz CML8GX3M2A1600C9 (low prof.)
Or Kingston (which one?)?
- Samsung 120GB EVO MZ-7TE120BW BASIC SSD
- Western Digital 1TB 64MB SATA-III Caviar Black HDD
- Samsung SH-224DB/RSMS DVD-writer
- VGA: Sapphire R7 260X 2GB DDR5 OC
or
Asus GTX 650 Ti 2GB DDR5 GTX650TI-2GD5 ---???
- Zalman Z9 Plus black Computer Case
- Chieftec CTG-550-80P 550W PSU ---???

Important aspects:
- I will mainly use it for work (programming, virtual machines, emulation... etc).
- I want to use it for gaming and video editing too. But these are just hobbies, not priority, so i thought a cheaper graphic card will be enough.

My questions:
- The Corsair is looking better, but the kingston's price is lower... which one should i take?
- Is this CPU cooler any good, or should i take another one (same price)?
- Which graphic card is a better choice?
- Is this PSU a good choice? Or what should i take? I will install a bluray writer, and a 2TB HDD somewhere in the future.

Your opinions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!:)

Yeah it's fine, get the R7 260x and definitely do not cheap out on the PSU. I recommend a Corsair CX500 for the PSU.
