pc works, noisy fan, no power to keyboard, monitor, and mouse

I bought acer aspire x1470 desktop two month ago. Accidently, it stop ped working. I cleared cmos, but I still got the same problem. Whenever I plug the power , no peeb, just noisy fan only. No power to keyboard, monitor, and mouse. Any help please?

Well you posted this in the wrong forum but you should check bios and see if the usb controls are turned off for the keyboard problem but what exactly was this "accident" that happened?
