Motherboard: ASRock Z87M-EXTREME4
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz LGA1150
VGA: Asus GTX- 660 2Gb DirectCU II OC Edition
PSU: XFX ProSeries 550W
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3 Blu 1600MHz 4GB

I will buy these, and i want to OC the CPU so what cpu cooler need to buy for OC!!
I found these: Corsair Hydro Series H55 CW-9060010 and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
Which is the better? Or if these are bad show me other coolers for this prize.

Cooler Master 212 EVO is amazing, it performs outstanding so go with that if you have a budget and its really cheap but if you want liquid cooling go for the Corsar H100i but replace the stock fans because people say their loud but im not sure if your bothered also the cooling increases, and make sure the new fans are good ones, but thats totally optional of changing fans. If your on a budget the 212 EVO is the one but if your not the H100i is a great choice, I hoped my answer helped and dont forget to choose it as a solution

The Cooler Master 212 EVO is great, more than enough for medium-high OCing. Also, take a look at Thermalright True Spirit 120 M - cheaper, but same performance.

If you're willing to go beyond comfort levels, invest in a water cooling system.
