AMD FX-8350 - Bad Chip?

After weeks trying to overclock my chip i'm finally giving up at 4.4Ghz. The most 'stable" overclock I could get above 4.4Ghz was 4.6Ghz at 1.412 vCore. It would pass Intel Burn Test, OCCT, 24h Small FFT Prime95 BUT it won't pass Blend Test on Prime95 even tho I didn't overclock my memory sticks (Core #7 always fails after 1h40). At Stock 4.0Ghz and 4.4Ghz I can pass all tests, so I don't think my G.Skill Ares 2133Mhz are faulty.

I tried to bump the voltage at 4.6Ghz but the blend test always fails at the same time (1h40). I checked my PSU rails voltages to check if everything is normal and I think it is. I have a Hale90 1000W, and these are the rails voltages:
+12V - 12,097V
+5V - 5,1V
+3.3V - 3,288V

I also can't get above 4.6Ghz since I need a HUGE voltage increase to get 4.7Ghz (from 1.412V to 1.5V) and the temperatures get way too high even tho i'm using a Corsair H100i and I have a very good case ventilation. I would like to stay at 4.6Ghz and I tried to use the system normally even tho it wasn't completely stable but I started facing too many crashes and freezes while on Firefox and some games, until I eventualy got a BSOD right after exiting a game, so I reverted everything to 4.4Ghz and i'm out of ideas. What else could I chage? What could be the problem? Or is my chip just garbage?

My system specs:
AMD FX-8350
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
2x4 G.Skill Ares 2133Mhz CL 9
NZXT Hale90 1000W
XFX R9 280X Black Edition
Corsair H100i
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
NZXT Phantom 410

I appreciate any help!
