Intel Core i5 3570K Ivy Bridge CPU (LGA 1155)
Gigabyte Z77-DS3H Motherboard
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB 7200 RPM
Zalman CNPS 7500 Copper LED Heatsink
Corsair Carbide Series 400r Mid Tower case
Corsair CX750m 750 W Modular PSU
Asus AMD Radeon hd 7750

Solution
Yeah as Mikey said, the 7750 is a very low-end GPU and will only be able to play BF4 on low settings. Consider getting something better like a 7770 (which is still low-end) or an R7 260x. Also, a 750W PSU shouldn't be needed, 550 Watts will be more then adequate unless you are considering SLI or overclocking of course.

You may want to throw a little more money into that GPU, a current entry level GPU isn't going to be very future proof. I would recommend taking a jump up to the r9 270x (currently 210 usd on newegg). The 270x can get 60 fps on bf4 and should last you a while.
Also, get a hyper 212 heatsink, it's the same price and much better performance. Just be sure it fits into your case
