Nvidia GTX 770 Low FPS and GPU Usage HELP!

I've been dealing with really bad fps in games like GW2 and League of legends. Whenever I play BF4 It runs ok at ultra with 30fps average. The problem is I replace the graphics card I had with another exact one of it. I re-installed the driver and in Geforce Experience I can't even optimize the games anymore.

My Specs:
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 770 OC
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Memory: 16gb DDR3 1866Mhz
PSU: Thermaltake 750w TP

More about : nvidia gtx 770 low fps gpu usage

Try uninstalling the drivers and installing them again.

when you play GW2 or league of legends, do you only get bad frames when there are lots of other avatars with lots of spell casting and other effects or no matter where you are in the game (GW2 and LoL) frames are really low?

Then it might be not your graphic card but your internet connection.

The 770 should do a lot better than that. Your average in BF4 should be in the 60s and 70s. The frames you are getting in BF4 is that single or multi-player?

My internet connection is good, the fps in BF4 is in single player when i do test runs for the fps.

In GW2 its everywhere and worse in large player populations, in League of Legends it's just about 30-40 all the time with some spikes of 100-120 fps.

May I say that your processor should be powerful too to play battlefield 4 and LoL and these type of games. What is your processor and how much Ram you have?

What are the temps of your components when idle and load?

It's in the original post but here they are

The CPU sits aroundm 58 degrees Celsius idle and might go to 64 degrees in games. The graphics card sits around 40 degrees idle and hits 62 average degrees celsius in a game on BF4 ultra.

Yea bf4 fps should be 60+ on ultra at 1080p

58C idle and 64 in games? Somethings not right here. Your CPU should be much cooler than that when idle. We're talking about the 30s. And then it only raises 6C with a load. That's not right either. I'd expect your CPU to raise by 20C when under load. What are you using to measure temps?

3D settings at Nvidia control panel might not be letting battlefield play at full settings.

Definitely not a video card problem its just that your CPU is under alot of load, from alot of data crunching it has to do (with all that streamed data)
iam pretty sure its the CPU, not that its defective though. you can consider upgrading your CPU.

I have a 240MM Astek liquid cooling fan and I am using a AeroCool 2000 Touchscreen which has a sensor touching the back part of the CPU slot on the right side of the computer. I don't 100% trust that temp but the gpu temp is pretty similiar to the one in MSI Afterburner.

Already went through the control panel to optimize it for singe display and best performance on power. Will dual monitors affect it any? I am using a BenQ RL 2455 for gaming and a BenQ GW 2450 as the second for multi purposes.

Well I am using a 12v 60 amp rail for the cpu power when i swapped the PSU from an EVGA supernova 750W and the Cpu was a little cooler before. But is there a certain program I should download to get a better temp of the cpu?

There is a link for the screenshot I took with MSI afterburner while in a custom game of League of Legends which gives a slightly better fps since it isn't a online match. Also, at the top right of the second monitor is the meter showing the CPU isn't even past 30% load.

No Dual screen gaming should not effect Gtx 770 by that much. You didn't reply that were you playing battlefield 4 on multiplayer or single player

Was 43 fps throughout the game or did you record them when there was explosion or lot of activity going on?

Ok, let's pause on the "qualified" hardware questions. The AMD 8350 is a great CPU. It can keep up with the i5 very well and surpasses the i7 in particular situations. There's nothing wrong with owning the 8350. It's a stout processor and will support any GPU on the market. There's no reason to upgrade.

Second thing, the 770 is a boss GPU. It should be able to play BF4 on multiplayer averaging 60 to 70 frames on Ultra @1080. In the "scripted" single player, the frames will be even higher because the environment in Single player isn't very CPU taxing. An AMD APU paired with a discrete GPU will put the same frames as an i5 or i7.

Did you apply the thermal paste correct?

It is average and drops some in high activity, its just a huge problem because the fps is so low for such a high end card and nothing is happening.

Please stop with these questions. SSDs do not affect in-game performance. SSDs only help with loading maps/games/programs. Once the game has started, it's all CPU, GPU and RAM.

Lawrence, can you tell me the temps with RealTemp and the core clock with CPUz when your games on idle and under load.

I got the PC custom made from CyberPower Inc, I am certain they would apply thermal paste.

It isn't working, when I try to open Realtemp.exe it says the AMD FX-8350 isn't supported

Ok well those temps aren't worrisome but I don't think that your CPU should be that high on LOL particularly . It doesn't take a strong PC to play that game. Heck, people play the game on laptops all the time. I know you said you have it Liquid cooler on your CPU. What direction does the fan on the radiator flow? It should flow from out to in.

Also, what is the frequency of the CPU cores when in game? Take your time.

The PC was built custom made by a company so it should be flowing out to in because I dont feel air going out. Also, how do i check the cpu frequency.

Downloading is an issue for some reason, can I just use CPU ID?

Based on Tomshardware you should be getting slightly over 50 frames on the Campaign mode.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-780-ti-...

You're approximately, I suggest you make sure your power supply is working properly and your ram is configured properly.

You're idle temps are a bit high make sure you have a decent cpu cooler properly installed for you cpu.

Yeah, that's not right. In game, your CPU core clock should be 4.2 Ghz. Your's is only running at 1.4GHz. That's a problem. The only reason it would run that low is because of overheating or my manual downclocking.

Well it was overclocked my 10% by the people who built it, and its not overheating so how would i fix it?

Well in Guild Wars 2 the cpu looks to be running fine with the few times where it drops to 1.4ghz. So now i'm thinking the fps drops are because the CPU but there I dont know whats wrong with it.
