How do I save my games when I install new Windows?

Hey, I'm installing Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, because I had Windows 7 Professional 32 bit and I needed 64 bit to use my whole RAM (8Gb).

But, because I have slow internet and downloading games is a 3-5 hours job (really slow: 200-500 kb/s) I don't want to re-install Battlefield 4, Team Fortress 2 etc. .

How do I avoid downloading (and installing if possible) the games again?

So do I only have to move the file that the game is in? and after installing new Windows I just install the game again.
