Will my power supply support this graphics card?

My PSU is Neo HE430

the graphics card i want to install is the Radeon x1950

My system spec:
Intel (r) Core (tm) 2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz

this is what my psu has:
100 - 240 V 50/60 Hz
+3.3V@22A, +5V@14A, +12V1@16A, +12V2@16A, +12V3@16A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@2.5A

Yes, this card should be supported by that power supply. Its minimum recommended power supply is a 450w so you should be able to run that just fine :)

I would go for a PSU with a minimum of around 500W (480W is ok too) (wattage) and with a manufacturer like Seasonic & Corsair (mostly suggested, but not the CX-Series of the Corsair) 'cause a PSU is very important to be reliable as in lasting long.

It should work just fine. It's recommended to have a PSU with atleast 20a on the 12v rail for a x1950. the Neo HE430 is capable of delivering a combined max of 32a on the 12v rails. So you should be just fine.
