My roommate got drunk and messed up the PC that I built last year. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2DnTX

Now hes paying for a new one and I'm trying to keep it in that same price range. This is what I plan on building. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2DmXd

The old PC has a few overridden prices because I was told to max my prices by my court adviser, so the new PC price is going off that.
I know I made a few mistakes with my old build, and believe I have fixed them in the new one, but am looking for some help none the less.

Currently I am debating whether or not I want to switch the 212 plus for the H100i. I'm also debating on using another mobo. The Asus I selected is a bit pricy and am stuck switching between that, GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 and the MSI 970A-G46. The Gigabyte is about $30 less, and the MSI is about $100 less.
As long as the build stays under $1800 I'm good.

Solution
As far as the H100i I got two of them for my two AMD builds January of last year(2013) they both died in about 5 months. Both of them had the pumps fail. Personally I would go with the 212 or a full water cooling solution like the XSPC EX360 or such.

As for the motherboard I have the SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 in both of my AMD builds and have found it to be a very nice board. If the budget can handle it I would keep the board as it is really very nice.

The h100 will be like 5-10 degrees cooler than the 212 evo.. not that much but if you want to push that 8350 as far as possible it could be worth it. I would personally just go with the 212 evo.

And are you only going to use it for gaming? Might be a good idea to try the i5, it uses less power and will perform better, especially in old or poorly optimized programs/games which depends on 1 or 2 cores.

It'll be about 75% gaming oriented, but the non gaming related stuff I'll also be doing will be some commission based video/audio editing.
The single TB is for my personal storage and games, the other 3TB drives will be set up in raid 1 for work related things.
