Use start to search mobility cEnter or something like that and turn it on.
If it doesnt work try switching it on by any button on the keyboard or laptops boddy.
If it doesnt work try this: right click internet icon on the taskbar tray and press troubleshoot, follow the steps and it should automatically turn your wifi on
