I have an hp dv6622ca, and I am wondering, is it possible to install mac os x on this laptop.
Here are the specs of this laptop.
Core: AMD Turion 64x2
Wireless: Broadcom Model Number=???
Graphics: Nvidia nforce 530 (I think)
Current OS: Windows 7 (I Upgraded Vista)
RAM: 2 Gb
Hard Drive: 40 Gb (Originally Larger, but old hard drive broke so replaced with the only other hard drive I had)
Note: I also have a mac that I can get the Mac OS files from if needed
Also, If possible, I want os x 10.9.

In order to do it, you'll need a kernel that support AMD processors.
In fact, I've only see Turions running 10.5 until now. However, I'm not entirely sure about how is the support for this processor today. Besides, Mavericks won't run good with only 2GB of RAM, so you really should look at older versions.

About your WiFi, if you give me the correct model, I can tell you more about if it will work or not. The chances are high, thou.
Your chipset (graphics) is troublesome. Many people report problems with enabling QE/CI on it. Also, getting sata working seems to be a problem.

You can try. Start be checking good sites as www.insanelymac.com, but I advice that it will be very hard getting OS X working on your machine as it is.

Oh, and by the way, it turns out that my graphics chipset is actually called NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M, and my other computer is the nvidia force 530, but thanks anyway!
