I have an HP ProBook 6455b laptop (AMD Phenom II 2.8ghz Dual Core, 4gb DDR3, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250, Hewlett-Packard 1455 Motherboard) and was wondering about upgrading it (cost-effectively). I play WoW an some other games which it runs just fine (low graphics are what I normally play on and don't mind them), but I recently got Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and running it on the lowest settings I get quite a bit of lag. Anyone know of some not too expensive upgrades I could do? Maybe an Intel i7 m260 or something; I don't know much about hardware compatibility (though I'm capable of preforming the upgrades). Any help would be appreciated.

in laptops the only thing you could upgrade is ram, maybe at a push the CPU, but it would have to be another AMD cpu only, you cant switch from amd to intel.

graphics chips are soldered directly onto the system board and cannot be changed
