I prefer the MSI TwinFrozr, I think it's more efficient.

Ok. Thanks, and btw right now on amazon, you can get an MSI GTX 770 for 500 bucks (overpriced cuz it used to be 430) or you can get an EVGA GTX 780 for 509.99 dollars. Great deal imo

a 770 for 500 bucks?! wow, I thought they had dropped to 330 lol, if you can get a 780 for only 10 bucks more than a 770 then it's a great deal

That's ridiculous, you can get an MSI GTX 770 for $335 on Superbiiz.

$500 for a 770 is well over-priced, I'd consider the EVGA w/ ACX 770

Unless you are willing to spend $500 in which case I'd go with the 780. EVGA has a solid reputation, RMA service (god forbid) and the ACX cooling is good. Not tested myself but that and the MSI TF are probably quite equal, couldn't tell you which is better or worse. Either would serve well.

I like the aesthetics of the ACX but I heard somewhere that Twin Frozr spins backwards at startup to help prevent dust setting, is this true? Of course I put fine filters everywhere in my case but after a few years a dust clean out can still be necessary.
