So I have some problems with my sisters computer, again. This time it's Bluescreens when trying to connect to the internet. This problem began after I was working on some chemistry homework where I downloaded files that my Professor sent me through the school email. What resulted was "Word" being unresponsive and followed by a system crash (even worse I was running a long over-due virus scan for her) I turned it back on and everything seemed fine. I picked up the scan where it left off, ran Disk Defragmenter, CCleaner and all that good stuff. Came home from school one day and my sister tells me that there were like 6 blue screen because of her trying to connect to the internet. I tried updating windows, updating drivers, disconnecting and re connecting, refreshing. Still HAVE NOT tried system restore or a full format yet as that's last resort. It's really annoying me and my sister needs this fixed for he college life. I DID manage to find a loop hole in the problem and that once it starts up I have to quickly disconnect, then reconnect using an Ethernet cable. I wanna know if it's anything hardware related or stuff like that and if you need the minidump files and stuff. I can force a bluescreen.

Many thanks for help.
