after updating my msi p67a-gd65 motherboard bios. it seems i cannot overclock as i was able to before, the only way to overlock is with ocgenie 2 but i wish to set it higher than its at. the bios version is ami v4.3. does anyone know what might be wrong?

Solution
usually mobo bios updates are unnecessary unless you are experiencing problems or need a certain feature that has been added to the update. many bios updates screw up overclocks and you cannot rely on the same settings as before. you should just start over with a new overclock process and dont use that ocgenie.
