As long as you have room in your case it will, although i personally would upgrade your monitor to get the most out of it, else there's not a lot of point buying it, get a monitor atleast 60hz and you'll be good to go:)

The card is compatible with any processor and motherboard that has a fully compliant 16x PCI-E slot.
Unfortunately these OEM computers sometimes don't supply the required 75W on the 16x PCI-E slot.
There are no posted specifications on the internet for your motherboard, so unfortunately any graphics card you buy rated higher than the original one provided may not work.

You also need to ensure that your power supply is rated at least 370W or 31A on the combined +12V rails and has a PCI-E power connector.

if you have a 400w or higher power supply then yes you should be fine

Check your power supply first. There should be specifications printed on the side of it.
You are looking for the +12V rating, which needs to be at least 370W or 31A.
You also need to look for the 6 pin PCI-E power connector from the power supply, which should currently not be connected to anything.
If the machine comes with a budget 400W power supply or lower, it is probably not suitable.

If the power supply is suitable, there is still a high risk that the motherboard won't support the graphics card.
The best bet here is if you can borrow a mid range graphics card from someone to try.
Otherwise, the one you buy may not work.
