Please give me your opinion on this Budget Gaming PC Build.
My Budget is SGD$700-800(I know the build will exceed if I go with the better parts so I am willing to go $850-900 but this will be a last resort.) (Do recommend some other parts if possible. And please give me the reason why you changed the part. Cuz newbie here. Thanks!

CPU+MB: i3 3220 + ASRock B75M-DGS @ $199(Tradepac)
RAM: ADATA Premier DDR3-1600 CL11 4GB @ $43(Tradepac) or Kingston PC3 1600 DDR3 4GB @ $52(Tradepac)
GPU: PowerColor HD 7750 1GB @ $87(Tradepac) or PowerColor HD 7770 1GB - ???
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB @ $76(Tradepac)
ODD: Samsung 24X CD/DVD Writer [OEM] @ $21(Tradepac)
CASE+PSU: In Win BK644 + Powerman IP-P300BN7-2 300W SFX [80 Plus] @ $89(Unknown) or NZXT Source 210 @ $69(PCThemes) + Corsair CX430M or CX500M
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit [OEM] @ $115(Tradepac) or @$120(PCThemes)
DSP: Dell S2240L 21.5" LED [e-IPS] @ $199

You will ned a better psu, atleast 350-500w, and buy seperate from the case as those psu's are usually terrible quality, depending on your games you may want to consider getting 8gb of ram, can't comment on price as i'm from the uk, but get a psu from someone like Corsair, Fractal Design, Cooler Master or EVGA, it will last longer and have a 3 year warranty most likely:)
if you can for the same price swap out the i3 3220 for the i3 haswell and use an h81 mb. and one 8g dimm.
for now drop the video card and use the onboard video chipset. for the power supply pick up a good 550w-650w unit anything cheap or low wattage and your gaming rig will burn out. if not then use an amd apu and mb combo.
