I would recommend to backup all your important files and reformat your hard drive to start fresh.
You can technically go through and try to remove the drivers and software associated with the Biostar board, but I think it's a huge hassle and sometimes you're left with gremlins you can't get rid of. It's just better to start fresh.
The only problems I can foresee is if the new motherboard doesn't have all the connections you would need, but it's hard to tell if there will be any problems without knowing what your current build is.
