Choosing a CPU cooler for i5-3570k @ 4.2ghz

The titles says it all really, apart from the fact I am looking for a cooler under £45. Would something like the CM hyper 212 evo be ok for an overclock of 4.2ghz and at full load would i be getting 75C or under?

Yes, the CM Hyper 212 EVO will fit your needs, just make sure your case will support its height (it's 150mm tall I believe)

There is a Corsair h80 refurbished for £40 would this be good or are the temps close between other coolers that are cheaper?

I've got my 3570k at those speeds and use a 212 evo, it works exceptionally well, though it is somewhat tall.
