I will be putting an h100i in my NZXT Phantom case and was looking to keep the 2 200mm at the top with the h100i with it 120mm on the bottom on the rad ? and also what should be the best face set up ?

I cant remember exactly where the holes are in the Phantom but just fit in the radiator under the 2x 200mm fans and have it pull from the rad. you can use 2x 120mm fans if you want to push from the rad as well for a push+pull config.

So u have taken my computer apart to find that I would not fix with out a lot and I mean a lot of modification to the fans and case with them to fix it to work with the 200mm at the top with the 120 on the bottom :(  so a know go with doing that right now

You should be able to that that just fine, are you using the offset radiator mounts that came with the case? I assume we are talking about the original full tower phantom.

I have the nzxt phantom in all black and I was trying to put 2 200mm on the top of the case and then the h100i on the inside of the case at the top but the 200mm would not fix about .5" on ether side and at top panel wouldn't fit on cause of the fan is just a little to big might work on customize the fan but some work in doing that changeling and cuting

Are these NZXT 200mm fans? Unfortunately only the nzxt branded fans that came with the case with fit up there. For some reason they are a slightly different size than other 200mm fans.

Ok now I get your problem the 200mm fans won't fit in the upper cover portion of the case, I'm curious as to why you wouldn't just do push pull with the 120mm radiator fans. The 200mm fans don't do well when it comes to cooling radiators the static pressure they provide is just too low.

On both these links go back one image, looks like I copied the wrong ones.

This person got one of the 200mm fans up there with the rad in place:

And this person appears to be using both 200mm fans and a 240mm rad:
