What am I missing, and also how much power do I need

Hey guys, this is my first time on this website so this may be the wrong place. I am building a PC, I have no idea how much power I need and what I am missing. Please tell me both. I know I need a case. My budget is $3000 AUD, and I am buying from PC Case Gear.

ASRock Z87-OC-FORMULA Intel Mainboard - LGA 1150

GIGABYTE GTX 780 TI PCIE 3.0 3GB 384BIT DDR5

KINGSTON DDR3 16GB (2X8GB) 1666MHZ CL10 HYPERX RAM (KHX16C10B1K2/16X) (BLUE) -

Intel i7 4770k

Windows 8 64-Bit

Corsair 800 Watt Power Supply

Case

3 extra TB Hard Disk, or, 500 gb Samsung SSD. Havent look at prices for SSD. 500 gb or 1 tb depending on price. (Already have 1 tb Hard disk @ home.)

first your motherboard and cpu aren't compatible. the CPU is socket 2011, meaning there is 2011 pins. the motherboard is 1150, 1150 pins. They don't match.

Where is your budget, where are you buying from, etc.

Youll need a 2011 socket motherboard for that CPU...or, look for an i5/i7 CPU (i.e., i5 4670 or i7 4770) with the motherboard you have listed.

(Assuming) Custom CPU Cooler

Where's the hard disk drive or SSD? You'll need one to install the Operating System and applications onto it.

Intel's 4770k is not socket 2011, it is LGA 1150. So, yes, the motherboard and CPU do go together.

CPU cooler.

Since you're getting an Intel i7-4770K that means overclocking is planned.

You can go with a high end air cooler or a closed loop liquid cooler like the CORSAIR Hydro Series H105 (SKU# CW-9060016-WW).

The 4770K will give you a great balance of productivity (render) and gaming (OC potential).
