ok heres my specs


amd 4100 w stock fan
gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
2 x 4gb 1333 ram
4 harddrives
2 dvd burners
2 gigabyte radeon hd 7850 windforce edition in crossfire
all housed in a haf 932 case with 4 big fans

will the corsair tx 750m be enough to run my rig with room to upgrade cpu and ram in the down the road

You look up the requirements of the graphics card. Or use an online calculator.

Yes, your PSU can handle the CPU upgrade too.

You already have 8GB of RAM, do you mean you want 16? That's not a problem for the PSU, RAM consumes very little power. You don't need 16GB just for gaming, 8 are plenty for current games.
