Should I migrate OS and data from current SSD to new one?

Quick and easy Question; My current PC just runs on 1 Mushkin Chronos deluxe 120gb SSD, no hard drive and I've just bought a Samsung Evo 250gb for more storage (I got it cheap). I'm currently right this moment at the stage where I've installed the new SSD and the installation software from the Samsung EVO is asking me whether I want to Migrate my OS and data from my existing storage to the new Samsung SSD. What happens to my Chronos Deluxe if I Migrate to the new SSD? I've been using the Chronos Deluxe for at least 6 months now and noticing that boot times and everything is generally slowing down so I would like a to start fresh again, if it's that simple. Also, I don't have genuine windows (bought "genuine" copy of windows 7 from an ebay outlet selling keys found from recycled Dell machines, got what I paid for :/ ) so if a data migration requires me to re-validate windows, that's a no-go.
Thanks in advance and ask if you need me to clarify on things.

Solution
Ohh, I see.

I wouldn't migrate the OS unless you have to. If you want the OS installed on the new OS, I'd do a fresh install and copy the files you want back over.

Faster than what? Are you saying that the Chronos Deluxe is faster than the Samsung EVO, even after being used for over half a year?
Just to clarify, no HDDs are involved here, just SSDs.
