What GPU Do I need?

I have an LG screen IPS LED 23EA63 native resolution of 1920x1080. It is a 23" screen.
What is the best GPU card to get if I want to play at 1920x1080. Willing to spend about 300 max in a couple months.

660 ti or 760 if possible. The new R9's are a decent price point as well.

If you can stretch the budget to $340, get the GTX 770

You can either go with gtx 760 or r9 270x they will be enough for 1080p gaming and they both are around your budget
