I have already bought this card, and would like to know how it'll handle games that I am looking to play at 1600x900. Games:

Resident Evil 6 / Sims 3 / Left 4 Dead 2 / Sims 2 / Fallout New Vegas : I am aware half of these will run, but I'm asking how it will perform, thanks!

I have a machine in the house with a 7850 and I've usually been pretty impressed with how well it does. If you really want to look up performance charts for it then just google 7850 benchmarks and you can read until you're bored of it. If you already have it, why not just go play your games and see for yourself how it performs?
