Upgrading to max out Skyrim

So currently i have this HP h8-1234 [Here] And im planning to ugrade to this [Here] And i was wondering if I can lower this just to max out Skyrim and other games like TF2 at 1080p recording. If anyone can help out that would be great. I also plan on keepin the HDD on my old Pavilion. I already have OS so that is fine. I have 1 moniter 1080p it is fine. Thanks!

I would recommend getting a i5 but they are costly so it's your choice the video card you're getting should hit ultra but im not sure at 1080p so i think you should get a gtx 760 instead
