I had a prebuilt computer with the following specs:
MoBo: IPISB-CU
PSU: 350 watt garbage :p
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Nvidia GT 530

This system wasn't good, so I decided to upgrade. I took apart my old PC, and put it in a new case (CM HAF-912). I also changed the PSU and the GPU.
PSU: Solidgear Neutron 650 W
GPU: Zotac Nvidia GTX 650 Ti

After deleting all the older graphics card drivers and installing new ones from the Nvidia website, I began to experience a lot of problems when I played video games. The screen would turn randomly turn black and then 'recover', the games would freeze (looping the audio over 1 sound) and then crash to desktop, etc. I have tried changing the DVI port I plug my monitor into (as there are 2 on this graphics card), I have reinstalled the drivers, I have removed the card and made sure that it was installed properly, I changed the power connector (from a PCI 2+6 pin connector to a PCI 6 pin connector) and nothing seems to be fixing the problem. The integrated graphics card is disabled in the BIOS as well. I am not playing graphic intensive games, either. The games I first encountered this on were PAYDAY 2 and Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm very open to suggestions. Thanks.

Download msi afterburner. Use it to underclock your gpu and turn you fan up. Stress the card and see if it still crashes.

I would run a Stress Test such as Furmark or Valley benchmark. 15Mins for Furmark, an hour or so for Valley. Give or take.

If you crash or BSoD during these tests, Its probably a faulty card.

How exactly did you delete the old drivers?

Ive never had to "clean out" old drivers unless switching from AMD to Nvidia or Vice Versa. I usually just install the new card in the case, then download the newest WHQL driver. Select Clean Install under custom and everything is good to go

Thanks for the responses. I will try both of those suggestions and get back to you guys.
I uninstalled them by going to my programs and features and deleting anything related to nvidia drivers, nvidia geforce experience, and nvidia control panel.

I ran FurMark for approximately 15 mins. I did a Burn-In Test at 1680x1050 (because this is my native screen resolution) 8x MSAA and I had an average FPS of 9. Nothing crashed.

I've tried turning down the core clock speed and the core memory by 100MHz, and locking the fan at 65%, but games continue to freeze, crash, and give black screens.

Nevermind, looks like turning down my speeds and increasing the fan speed prevented problems. Now I just have to find out optimum speeds. Thank you guys for the answers!
