I just purchased an AMDFX(tm)-8350 Vischera and whenever I stream my CPU usage reaches around 50-60% and my CPU is about ready to overheat (65-70 Degrees). Sometimes If I don't turn off my stream I will get a Blue Screen of Death and have to reboot. I'm new to this whole thing so idk. The CPU runs slower when the Temperature is high from what I've noticed. I'm thinking that I would need to purchase a CPU Heatsink to replace my Stock in order to lower the temperatures to an acceptable point.

I was wondering if anybody could recommend me an AM3+ Heatsink that would get the job done because I'm REALLY anxious to start streaming.

It really depends on your budget, but any aftermarket heatsink will be much better than stock. If you have the space you really can't go wrong with the noctua nh-d14. On a budget the hyper 212 evo is the default answer, even though many other options in that price range are also admirable performers. If your clearance wont allow for either of those options you might be able to manage a closed loop liquid system, as a lot of the low profile air options just don't give you the type of cooling you can get from the big boys.

why do i have a funny feeling your pc is atleast 1-1.5 years old and you have never opened it and cleaned it before ?? if there is dust in your oc then obviously the temperature will increase drastically and upto a stage of bsod then you better have it checked ..
