This is my first build and im building a pc for gaming. i dont plan on doing any overclocking but would like to be able to run games like bf4 and titanfall when it comes out as high as possible.

Here is a link to my build: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/2Dxy7

Is there anything i could do to improve on it for the same price? also do i need another cpu cooler or a more expensive case?

because you spend more and the performance is very minimal. you say that you don't plan overclocking and still you buy a mobo for overclocking. ivy bridge vs haswell is only 3% performance boost for haswell. why to pay more? and haswell consumes more power on full load and overheats higher than ivy. i am trying to make you save some money. at least change the motherboard only if you dont overclock and keep the 4440 if you want.
