First time builder here, and I'm a bit lost when it comes to knowing which parts are compatible. I'm on a tight budget of $400-500 and want to build a mid-range gaming pc. Here's what I have so far:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 750K - $80 on http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681911332
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-D3H motherboard - $85 on http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128577
GC: Galaxy GeForce GTX 650 Ti GC Video Card - $89 on http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7787174&SRCCODE=CHANNELINC&cisrccode=cii_7240466&cpncode=26-30041234
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4 - $50 on http://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Ripjaws-240-Pin-Desktop-F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL/dp/B002RPCLH6/ref=sr_1_20?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1390093240&sr=1-20&keywords=8gb+ram
Monitor: 1920x1080 Widescreen LCD - $89 on http://www.ebay.com/itm/Acer-V213H-21-5-1920x1080-Widescreen-LCD-Monitor-VGA-DVI-Warranty-1080P-QTY-/190940122055
Hard Drive: 1TB - $61 on http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005T3GRNW/ref=as_li_ss_tl?tag=hardwarevol03-20&ie=UTF8&linkCode=as2&camp=217145&creative=399349&creativeASIN=B005T3GRNW

My main question concerns my PSU. I have a Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply from an old desktop, and I'm not sure if it will be enough to power this. I've seen some reviews saying it only uses 70% of the 500w on average, and my CPU requires 400w. Will my PSU be compatible? Are the parts I currently have a good match for each other?

Solution
Yes, my friend. Your build is going to be compatible with each other. And it is going to be a good match since that your build is a budget PC. Good luck on your build, friend!
