if you are planning to build this yourself check out this new APU by AMD:

It has the same graphics capabilities of the Radeon 7850 GPU, and it's like having a CPU and GPU combined into one. You can also buy a gpu later on and use the two like crossfire. It will definately be able to handle all of the things on your list. Supposedly it comes with BF4 as well, but a lot of people seem to be having bad luck with that.

 
The A10-7850K GPU is significantly slower than an HD 6750. A Radeon 7850 is much faster than the A10-7850K GPU.
