Best CPU Cooling Option

Hello, I'm building a gaming/workstation PC and I can't decide which is the best option for cooling the CPU, water or air.

I won't overclock the CPU, maybe a little, but I'll use the PC for 3D rendering and that gets the CPU quite hot too (personal experience).

So, here are the important specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z87
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32GB
Case: NZXT Phantom

Also, I'm not worried about prices or noise, but I do care a little about esthetics.

Thank you for your help.

If you install everything well and have good wire management, you can get away with a stock cooler, because if you're not overclocking, the stock can handle it under full load for an extended period of time, so really if you find something you think looks cool, you can go for it. The Hyper 212 Evo is a great cooler and should work well, but it's just kinda a silver block with a fan.

Oh no I'm not saying there's no point, cooler temps increase the lifespan of your CPU, and aftermarket coolers are much quieter and often look better, but they're not necessary, and you can run it for years at max load without an issue, but it will be noisy and hotter than you really want it.

I would like to buy an aftermarket cooler anyways, but I now think that air is enough for my CPU then.

Besides the Hyper 212 EVO, which other cooler is good?
Checking the Cooler Master site, I saw the V8 GTS. It looks awesome. And also, I'm using 4 high profile Vengeance sticks, doesn't a heatsink interferes with them?
