For First Time Boot do I Boot with HDMI connected to Dedicated or Integrated Graphics?

Ok, so I have built my computer everything is connected. My processor has onboard graphics, but I also installed a dedicated GPU (GTX 650ti).
So my question is do i plug my HDMI from my dedicated or my integrated into my monitor?

so for my first time boot i plug in the HDMI to my gtx then to my monitor? I shouldn't even use my CPU's integrated?

yep, cable goes from monitor to GPU. You shouldn't need to use your CPU's at all, unless you are running into problems getting a display from your card. So just install everything normally, plug the cord into the dedicated and turn it on.
