Which part should I upgrade?

Hello, guys! I'm assembling a PC; the CPU I chose was the AMD FX-6300 and the GPU was the MSI Radeon R9 270X. The configuration was a little below my budget limit, so I thought about getting an AMD FX-8350 CPU and an Asus Radeon R9 280X. The problem is that upgrading both parts is off my budget, so which one do you think I should spend my dosh in: CPU, GPU or none (I just want to upgrade the part if the change really improves something)?

NOTE: I'm only going to use the PC for gaming (75%), surfing the web (12,5%) and a few editing programs, such as Cinema 4D, Vegas, Photoshop and After Effects (12,5%).

Solution
yes the fx 6300 with its multi core setup is just fine for rendering in its price range so what is the total you could spend on just the new gpu

Ok, my other specs are:

Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
Memory: 8Gb (2x4Gb) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: Corsair CX600M 600w

I don't want to spend more than $125 USD in the upgrade, so the maximum I can is only one. AND NO OVERCLOCKING!

But is the FX-6300 good at video-rendering (for YouTube) and editing? As I said, I'm going to spend 1/8 of my time doing that. I'm not, however, going to do multitasking.
