I have been having issues with playing GTA IV, when I looked online it showed my solution to be going into the properties of the launcher and specifying my available video memory. Great. Finally a solution. Wrong. When I went to my screen resolution and into advanced settings, it says my dedicated video memory is 0mb. I have a Toshiba Satellite S55t-A5237. I do not know much about computers so I'll have to be walked through finding my specific graphics card name.

Your PC uses Intel's integrated graphics, which is on the same chip as the CPU. As a result, it has no dedicated video memory. Instead, your integrated graphics shares with your regular system RAM.

Normally, your PC picks a default value of RAM to share with your integrated graphics. In some cases, however, this may not be enough.

As for changing that value... I'm not sure exactly how to do that.
