hi all , I have Windows 8.1 and have a 8294G express chipset. BUT I am not understanding which will be the best graphic card for this chipset

As far as I know, Chipset doesnt matter. Chipset only determines CPU Compatibility, Supported Technologies, such as Intel RST/RRT , And what ports are provided and native and what not.

As long as you have a free x16 PCI-E 2.0/3.0 Slot on your motherboard and have a PSU that can support the Dedicated Video Card you plan to buy, your golden.
