hi,

first, i have no idea about networking. i have a wireless router provided by the ISP. model no . TL-WA5210G 2.4GHz High Power Wireless Outdoor CPE. recently my internet connection started to get disconnected every 5 to 10 minutes and will be back again in 1 to 2 minutes. i don't know what is happening.

This is from the log --- 0044:DHCPS: 1:0x00e04c8093ce, 192.168.1.100, ACK in request. this log is created whenever there is a disconnection.

i have no wireless device. i just want to connect my PC through LAN. What should be the operation mode ? AP Client Router or AP Router or AP?

my wireless statistics shows AP down (my own AP) almost all the time. is it okay?

help me please

thanks in advance.

If you have linked the proper device and your internet comes from your ISP as a wireless signal then you only have the option to run a ethernet cable to this device. Any issues with the wireless are likely related to loss of signal from the ISP. I would work with them to correct this the antenna may be out of alignment or there could be someone else in the path interfering with the signal. You can only really fix stuff that is totally withing your control.

alignment is not the problem cause when it is back i get 100% signal constantly.

i have a doubt. when i set my operation mode as AP Client Router, set Enable SSID Broadcast on and click on survey, should i see my own router there?

now i connect to any available SSID (there are more than 10 SSIDs of my ISP is shown).
