Best CPU for CPU heavy games

What CPU is better for CPU heavy games like ARMA 2, ARMA 3, and Planetside 2? And how noticeable will it be?
I can only afford an 8350, 3570k, or 4670k.

Definitely go either 3570k or 4670k, 4670k is more powerfull but it's also hotter and more expensive. I would say the more important factor would be the GPU you get but either should do just fine, just pick whichever fits your budget better and then go crazy on the GPU's
