I have a san disk micro sd card(2gb). I updated my songs once in it and placed it in my phone. The next time I tried to update it on my laptop,it showed that the files have been copied but there weren't any of those files. So basically,I cannot move any new files to the card(though they will move but will automatically delete) and also cannot delete the ones that are on the card.In fact I tried receiving files through bluetooth. The file is received but first I am not able to play it and the second time it disappears. But I can send the files that are already on my micro sd card through bluetooth.

make sure your sd card is formatted correctly when you first start using it. If you transfer a file to it you can check in the folders and sub-folders to try to find it. If you can't find it then try the search command on your start/windows button and type in the file name in the box. It is possible you have a bad card, but more probable that it isn't saving your files where you think they are.

Look what happens when I try to format it
If I try to format it on my phone,it shows 'formatted'.On my pc it shows 'unable to format'.Some people told me to try some softwares to format, but they also showed'unable to format'.

When I copy a file to the card, it shows done. I check, the storage amount left is suppose 'x' and originally it was 'y'. I disconnect my device and reconnect it, the files disappears and the storage amount left now is 'y' !!

That sounds your micro SD card has been attacked by virus. But don't worry. You ca restore your files by 4Card Recovery. It is a kind of recovery tool and can recover all kinds of files like pictures, films, music and so on.
