Go for something like 450 watts.
It will be suitable for your rig.

Buying from Newegg USA is a bit difficult if you live in Romania, the customs and shipping would be ridiculous.

Does that itmix site sell power supplies at all? I can't find any.

I cant either He should at least buy 500 watt power supply he may want to upgrade later why buy too little.

I would go for a 500w to be safe. Depending on how good you are about cable management you could go for modular but I've herd some have shorted out so its a give and take type situation.

You need 21A and it delivers 38A.

It's not Corsair's best line of PSUs, but it's better than the other things I saw there.

I meant the parts you have picked require a power supply that can deliver at least 21A. Since the Corsair can deliver even more, it will do the job very well leaving room for overclocking or more hard drives too. You don't really want to find a PSU that delivers the absolute minimum allowed, that would make your life miserable if you want to add a fan or a disk later.
