I just installed and cloned a new hard drive, because my old one was failing. I got the process done successfully. I have taken the old hard drive out and left my new hard drive in the pc. When i started up my pc everything went fine, but my hard drive is making a grinding sound that my old one didn't do. I dont know if i messed up along the way or if something is wrong with the hard drive. Your opinions are thanked.

Sounds like something inside the HDD is out of place and is making the grinding sound, definitely something that you should keep an eye on.
