Hello everyone!
I recently built a new computer and after 2 weeks decided to get another graphics card and run SLI. I am running into a problem because my computer will not detect the other graphics card. I know that both of my motherboards PCIe Slots (one PCIe x16 and on PCIe x8) are working because I tested each GPU in both slots and they worked. I've spent the most part of 4 days trying to get this to work, been doing trouble shooting and posting on forums with very little help.
PC:
Motherboard: GA-Z87X-HD3
Graphics Cards: 2 Asus GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU OC
Power Supply: Antec 850w High Current Pro
RAM: 8GB RipJaw
Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K
Pictures of the PC: Picture 1 Picture 2 Sorry about the quality my phone's a potato.
Side notes:
I have purchased a new SLI bridge so I know it is not the bridge (yes it is installed).
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (A legit copy, went out and bought it today because I've heard it could be a problem. It was not the problem in this case!)
I have uninstalled the Nvidia drivers and done CC sweeps to completely remove them, then re-installed them and still nothing.
I have disabled my on-board graphics card in my BIOS settings (didn't see anything in there on PCIe slots regarding both being active).
Anything will help! I hope to get this problem solved so I can finally enjoy SLI gaming!
