Have you tried Catalyst 10.2 or before for Vista32/64 bit?

Choose Integrated Motherboard Graphics > Radeon Express Series > Radeon Xpress 200 > Vista 32 or 64 bit depending on what you have.

The best idea is to visit the HP's site to download latest drivers at any time.Just be careful to choose right driver for your video card.
other option is to enable auto downloading the drivers for your devices in windows 8 and say cheers...... to do this you need to go to charms bar<settings<change pc settings<Devices and then enable the 'Download over metered connection' switch. Latest driver will be automatically downloaded from microsoft's site.
you can also go to AMD's site to get generic drivers but that should be your last option as the manufacturer(HP in this case) and the OS vender(Microsoft in this case) generally bring about some changes into drivers to suit their particular system/OS and they are better to be used.
