You do not seem to understand that wi-fi is slower than a wired connection. Also, a 780 is a lot more than a 770. I say drop the capture card, stay with the 4770k, and maybe still get a 780.
I do seem to understand it, but WIFI will still pull of solid 10mb, which is more than enough.
You would need about 4MB to stream 1080p alone.
Yeah, looks great, but you don't need a wi-fi adapter unless you're using wi-fi, and don't expect to stream and play many games while on wi-fi without a good amount of lag.

For streaming and editing the fx 8350 is just as good, if not better, and is a lot cheaper, so you can put the extra money towards a better psu for later 2 card solutions as well as get a better gpu
