ram:Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A2400C10)
Motherboard:GA-F2A75M-HD2
Monitor:1360 x 768p
which settings will i be able to play at 30+fps?

medium settings will be able to get 40fps or so

+1 to that, AMD APUS are technically a joke for gaming. Definitely get a discrete GPU+CPU combo even if it costs more and you can save a lot of money by getting 1600mhz ram instead of 2400mhz like you would need on an APU

Do what you prefer, though PC will have better frames and the heat will be lower thus better gaming experience. I would myself get a PC. Yeah pickup the FX 6300. 1600mhz ram is good, but above all I definitely recommend saving up a little bit of extra cash and getting a R7 260x/HD 7790 those cards are amazing for the price and will play heaps of games at medium-high at nearly 60fps
